Who Can Apply

·       New and renewal applications for products with a valid ISO 14024 Type I Eco Label or recognized Voluntary Sustainable Scheme (VSS) certification, whether local or international.

·       Products certified under recognized VSS schemes, including:

·       5-Star Rating under the Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS), Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).

·       Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certification.
·       MTCS/PEFC Chain of Custody (CoC) Certification.
·       2- and 3-Star Rating under the Water Efficient Product Labelling Scheme (WELPS), Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN).
·       ENERGY STAR® Certification by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
·       Renewal applications for services currently registered under the MyHIJAU Mark.
Note: The applicable certification scheme must be recognized and listed by MyHIJAU. Applicants are advised to confirm eligibility with the MyHIJAU Team before submission.

Fast-Lane Conditions

1.      Complete Documentation: The application must comply with MyHIJAU Mark requirements and be submitted with complete supporting documents and payment, including the applicable main certificate and test report.

2.   PIC Must Be Present: The company’s Person-in-Charge (PIC) must be present at the MyHIJAU checkpoint, and the application must be submitted on the same day.

3.      Recognized Certification Scheme: The certification scheme must already be recognized and listed by MyHIJAU. Please contact the MyHIJAU Team for confirmation before submission.

4.   Fast-Track Processing: Eligible applications with complete documentation will be reviewed and processed within 3 working days, subject to eligibility and  document completeness.

5.      Maximum 10 Products: Each application entry is limited to not more than 10 products.

Last submission for Fast-Lane On-Site Approval applications: 12:00 PM, 09 October 2026. Applicants are encouraged to prepare and verify all required documents before arriving at the MyHIJAU checkpoint.
